Detail
A thought turns into a digital code. The Code transforms into the light, then reflects from the object’s surface. Refracted light intrudes the matrix of a digital camera, being recoded again. Then, after a while, is re-released as a beam of photons into the wall of the room.
We experience the whole world as a room in which time is stopped by the speed of light. Waking up in the different rooms, considering the movement of light in time, we notice how the rooms form in a discrete code of the world with the speed of light, with the resolution of 25 frames per second.
The amount of light in the process of creating a work recompense the lack of matter or how we prefer: the ‘media asceticism’ of our practice.
