A dark central opening, a swamp-like field, a chthonic animal and a seated observer form the Work's remembered image structure. The artists now recognise this painting as unusually close to the largely lost paintings they made together in 2014. This is retrospective authorial recognition; it does not reconstruct the appearance or identity of those lost Works.
